Soccer balls for Ballard building?

SEATTLE — In Interbay, Ballard, SoDo and beyond, we've seen old industrial buildings being repurposed for indoor baseball, pickleball, padel and even badminton. Now there's an indoor soccer plan at 5301 Shilshole Ave. N.W., aka Salmon Bay Center, aka the old Stimson Mill property.

A new venture called Ballard Soccer Park is working with architect Clark Barnes on the 34,655-square-foot plan, which mainly amounts to a simple change of use.
