With fresh tenant in place, Redmond offices trade for $23M

The renovated building, now adorned with CrowdStrike’s signage, faces north to the light-rail station.

At Redmond Town Center, back in 2020, Nicola Wealth acquired a vacant former REI store for over $32.5 million. Plans were then in place at 7500 166th Ave. N.E. to convert the two-level store to offices. The tenant was to be Volkswagen Automotive Cloud, an arm of the auto giant that works with electric vehicles and autonomous driving systems. Gensler was attached as the architect, with Swinerton the builder and Kidder Mathews the property manager.
