Uptown Selig lot sells for over $7M

SEATTLE — A parking lot at 400 Fourth Ave. W. sold this week for over $7.7 million, according to King County records.

The buyer was Jefferson Queen Anne LLC, which is associated with local shop Stream Real Estate and its Texas partner, JPI. As the DJC has reported, they're planning an Uptown apartment building with up to 189 units on the sloping lot. Public records indicate a small loan, not for construction, from Capitol Life Insurance.
