Selig site sold near sculpture park

SEATTLE — A tear-down parking garage at 3031 Western Ave. sold this week for $5.2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was the receiver for Martin Selig Real Estate, which had owned the property for decades. With an old warehouse, it's directly north of Olympic Sculpture Park.
