Kajiken to fill former Skillet space in Amazon building

Skillet announced last fall it was leaving the space in the Amazon Doppler building.

Last fall, local restaurant chain Skillet announced on social media that it was closing three locations: at Harbor Steps, near the downtown waterfront; on Capitol Hill; and in the Amazon Doppler building, in the Denny Triangle.
