37 Columbia City units trade for $5.8M

SEATTLE — The Crescent Apartments, at 5201 42nd Ave. S., sold last week for a little over $5.8 million, according to King County records.

The seller was SB Felix North LLC, associated with the Colorado receiver for StoryBuilt, which acquired the property in 2021 for about $7.7 million. That was part of a larger assemblage where three new apartment buildings were once planned.
