It's demo season in Bellevue!

The 200 112th building pictured a few years ago ...

Two big land sales last month in Bellevue, both near East Main Station, have developers now rolling straight into demolition. New apartment buildings will both take two-plus years to finish. The office building demo, of course, goes much faster. The DJC pedaled over last weekend to survey the carnage.
