The apartment plan won’t affect the church to the north.

The city's legacy address for a parking lot at 4742 17th Ave. N.E. doesn't map very well. It's immediately south of the former Third Church of Christ Scientist building on Northeast 50th Street, which is separately owned by the Pursuit Church.
