Vacant Bartell to become roller rink?

ISSAQUAH — Within the Overlake Center retail complex, at 5700 E. Lake Sammamish Pkwy. S.E., the Bartell building went vacant in recent years. Plans emerged in January, with a bit more detail since then, for a new Rock and Roll Roller Rink to fill the 16,366-square-foot Building A.

Hansen Real Estate appears to be the broker.
