‘Small-scale' data center proposed at Starbucks HQ in SoDo

The data center plan wouldn’t affect Starbucks’ office space upstairs.

Within the giant Starbucks Center in SoDo, Amazon shuttered its Amazon Fresh store in January 2024. That's on the corner of Lander, the south end of the landmarked former Sears building at 2401 Utah Ave. S.
