Brewery pours over $10M into neighbor

SEATTLE — A Georgetown industrial property at 600 S. Brandon St. sold last week for $10.2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was CSHV NWCP Seattle LLC, associated with the California State Teachers Retirement Fund, which acquired the building in 1984 for about $6 million.
