Ron Sher is still betting on Bremerton

    The effort is to include some 2,100 square feet of retail, in a corner bay.

    A downtown property in Bremerton, owned by industry veteran Ron Sher, appears poised for redevelopment. The city noted the completed SEPA application this month for a seven-story, 151-apartment proposal at 302 Pacific Ave. Partnering with Sher is Skyglass Development, a relatively new firm led by PJ Santos, who was previously with Gemdale USA.
