Fairfield plans 210 Bellevue units

BELLEVUE — Currently home to an art gallery and an indoor gaming/sports arcade, the old building at 3003 Northup Way can be a little hard to spot. It's set back from the road, on the east flank of state Route 520. Call it the Burgermaster area.

Last week came a plan from Fairfield Residential to redevelop the 2.5-acre property, which isn't publicly listed. It's been owned by the Behm family for decades — possibly since the building went up in 1969.
