There’s not yet a certificate of occupancy at 201 Queen Anne Ave. N. Nor is there a furnished model unit for prospective renters to see. But the leasing website is live for the five-story, 74-unit Rejuvenate, Seattle’s first office-to-residential conversion in over two decades.
