449 Wilburton units take shape, with land sale to ACG still pending

ACG’s proposal would rise eight stories above the street.

There's not yet been a land sale at 120 116th Ave. N.E. in Bellevue, where the old Dodge-Chrysler building stands empty and awaiting demolition. That may come by late next year, per SEPA filings from American Capital Group. ACG is planning another large apartment project there, as the DJC reported in December.
