ACG to build 321 Bothell units

BOTHELL — Dandy Dogs may not last much longer at 18222 120th Ave. N.E. That's an underutilized parking lot for North Creek Plaza, a shopping center owned by PMF Investments.

Last December, just before Christmas, American Capital Group initiated a midrise apartment plan there in the North Creek area, near the junction of Interstate 405 and Highway 522.
