Carvana files plans in SoDo, Renton

SEATTLE — A SoDo industrial property at 2326 Airport Way S. is up for lease. NAI Puget Sound Properties is among the brokers. At present, there's a warehouse and office building from 1947.

This week came a proposal to raze and replace that structure with a smaller auto fulfilment building for Carvana. No architect is attached. Kimley-Horn is the owner's rep. The old building has about 22,645 square feet, while the proposed replacement would have only 6,000 square feet. Most of the 1.8-acre property, immediately west of the freeway, would be for inventory parking, not sales.
