Anthropic expands footprint at Dexter Yard

Looking northeast, Dexter Yard’s largest tenant to date has been Shape Therapeutics.

At Dexter Yard, Anthropic's name started popping up in city permit records in May, as has been widely reported. The AI giant already then had some short-term space at 700 Dexter Ave. N., and was looking to expand.
