On North Queen Anne, Wilcox to build ‘urban country club'

The plan is to repurpose two old buildings for a total of 5,800 square feet — including a roof deck with fire pits.

The DJC was first to report the land sale last year at 6 Dravus St., on North Queen Anne, and the subsequent plan for the East West Club.
