Stumbletown infill project finally breaks the tape

The finished building has 12 large apartments and two retail/commercial spaces.

Fairview Partners came to the rescue last summer at 412 N.W. 65th St. in Ballard. There, a three-story townhouse and retail project had stalled about two years earlier.
