Lakewood building sells for over $8M

By JOURNAL STAFF

LAKEWOOD — A distribution building at 2223 S. 80th St. sold earlier this month for $8.3 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was The Realty Associates Fund XII Portfolio LP, associated with TA Realty, which acquired the property in 2021 for $9.1 million.
