King County buys Renton offices

By JOURNAL STAFF

RENTON — An office building at 1119 S.W. Seventh St. sold this week for $3.8 million, according to King County records.

The seller was LN Blackriver LLC, an entity of Laird Norton. It acquired the property in a larger office park deal in 2018. That was worth about $28.8 million.
