Clarion sells Fife warehouse for over $108M

Opus Northwest developed a trio of buildings, then sold them, in the Pacific Coast Corporate Park. Phase II is the largest of the group.

A large logistics building at 4179 70th Ave. E. sold this week for almost $108.4 million, according to Pierce County records.
