Burien strip mall trades for over $4M

By JOURNAL STAFF

BURIEN — A retail building at 15500 First Ave. S. sold last week for $4.7 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Landmark Square LLC, a family group that acquired the property in 1999 for almost $2.2 million.
