AI drone manufacturer claims big new Des Moines Creek industrial building

Shield AI will use the space for an AI-powered military drone plant, dubbed X-Forge 3.

During construction, Newmark had been seeking to fill Des Moines Creek Business Park West, the latest large industrial building in that area from Panattoni Development. At 1800 S. 216th St., on a ground lease from the Port of Seattle, Perlo Construction began work in the summer of last year on the 405,680-square-foot speculative project.
