15 Pierce County units trade for $7M

UNIVERSITY PLACE — The Narrows Townhomes, at 8524 19th St. W., sold in August for just under $7.3 million. Pierce County only recently recorded the deal.

The seller was original developer The Narrows Townhomes LLC, which acquired the land in 2015 for $285,000 — then later developed it.
