Renton townhouse sites sell for $6M

RENTON — As planned, two townhouse development sites have sold to developer New Home Company.

Solera Manager LLC was the seller, for $6 million. That's an entity of related firms DevCo and Heartland Construction, which have developed much of the 11-acre former Hi-Lands Shopping Center in the Renton Highlands. On the east side of that expanse, the completed Solera and Astra apartment buildings have 590 units, plus retail.
