BELLEVUE — The U.S. arm of Bosa Development announced this month that 20% of the units have been pre-sold at the planned Park Row condominium tower in downtown Bellevue.
That's at 215 Bellevue Way N.E., where the vacant old strip mall has now been demolished.
The 22-story building, with its 143 condos, is to overlook Bellevue Downtown Park. Canadian firm Bosa will build the project, which was designed by Amanat Architect. A DJC visit last weekend found no drilling or shoring equipment on site.
Ryan Bosa said in a press release, “We approached Park Row with a long-term perspective — prioritizing exceptional design, expansive views [and] thoughtful amenities.” Prices run from the high $800,000s to over $7 million. Units will range from one- to three-beds.
Bosa values the pre-sales at $150 million. There's no declared start date. The sales office is a few steps east at Bosa's previously completed One88 condos. Compass is the broker.
