Interbay dirt gets turned for luxury car condos

Three one-story buildings are planned, with about 72 condo car bays for owners.

On the former Time Oil tank farm in Interbay, a luxury car storage facility/marina announced itself in June. At and around 2805 W. Commodore Way, extending north to Salmon Bay, the planned Terminal One will also serve as a membership-driven social club.
