Real Estate Buzz: Tarragon may do an apartment/hotel

Tarragon is planning to build a 42-story apartment project at Third Avenue and Virginia Street that may have an unusual component: a small boutique hotel.
“We've been approached by hotel operators about possibly integrating a hotel piece into the project,” said Tarragon President Joe Blattner. No decision has been made on that and no construction date has been set, he said.
