Legacy Partners is developing a large mixed-use project near Redmond Town Center, and hopes to build more residential in the area.
River Park will have a 144-room Sierra Suites hotel, a 112,000-square-foot office building, 319 luxury apartments and about 15,000 square feet of retail space.
