It's only been on the market for two weeks, but a prime spot in downtown Bellevue is drawing a lot of interest.
Kidder Mathews Senior Vice President Jason Rosauer said about 90 parties have come forward to get more information about the site at 437-527 108th Ave. N.E., and 50 of them have started researching zoning codes and other issues.
