Just after the Great Recession, in two shrewd deals, HB Management acquired a half block on Third Avenue in Belltown. The north end, at 225 Cedar St., is now the glamor end, the money end. There, Dimension is a 27-story, 298-unit apartment project planned by HB and architect Hewitt.
HB had previously acquired the one-story, tear-down American Lung Association building for about $3.3 million.
