Swenson Say Faget promoted Bart Blans and Pete Krebs to senior project manager, Evin Gibson, Chris Potter and Brian Rittereiser to project manager and Jocelyn Tetrealt to project engineer. Melissa Holmberg is the new office coordinator. Blans has been with the firm for eight years, and is working on multifamily/mixed-use projects, including Alley 111 in Bellevue. Krebs was hired in January and is working on Angeline Apartments. Gibson has been with the firm six years and is working on the Bellevue Driving Range. Potter was hired 7 years ago and works in the Tacoma office. His projects include the Titus Will Toyota expansion.

Rittereiser joined the firm in 2013 and is working on Fran's Chocolates' new Georgetown headquarters. Tetrealt was hired in 2012. She focuses on residential remodels and has worked on El Centro de la Raza's mixed-use project. Holmberg has eight years of office administration experience. The structural engineering firm has offices in Seattle and Tacoma.

In the Spokane office, GeoEngineers hired JR Sugalski as an environmental engineer, Monica Evans as a front desk coordinator, and rehired Matt Peterson, who is now a special inspection and testing technician. Chelsea Voss transferred to the office as an environmental technician. Sugalski was previously an engineer for URS Corp. Peterson was a senior technician with Froehling and Robertson in Crozet, Va. Voss was an administrative coordinator for GeoEngineers in Seattle.

Cooper Zietz Engineers

Faunce

Cooper Zietz Engineers hired Jeff Faunce as director of construction management. He will be based in Seattle and coordinate with construction managers and client service managers throughout the firm. He is an engineer with 30 years of experience on infrastructure, transportation and environmental projects. Portland-based Cooper Zietz provides planning, engineering, construction management, environmental services, quality management, commissioning and workforce development.

IA Interior Architects

In Seattle, IA Interior Architects appointed Lynn Vandeberg as a senior associate, and Laurie Hodges and Suzanne Fleming as associates. The global architectural firm focuses on interior architecture and workplace strategies.

The Blueline Group

The Blueline Group hired Annie O'Neill as a drafter. O'Neill graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2007 with an associate of applied science in architectural and engineering technologies. Blueline provides civil engineering and land development consulting services.

Rehill

Gensler hired Dennis Rehill as a design director in its Seattle office, where he will lead the commercial office building practice, focusing on new construction and high-rises. Rehill has designed commercial, residential, hospitality and mixed-use projects and has done master plans in the Middle East, Asia, North America, United Kingdom and Ireland. Recently, he designed Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill's series of large mixed-use projects and master plans, including Atlantis The Palm Phase II Dubai. He also was an associate director for Scott Tallon Walker Architects in Dublin and a design architect at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, working with Adrian Smith on Burj Khalifa and 7 South Dearborn. Rehill is the city representative for Seattle on the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.

GGLO promoted Marieke Lacasse and Pamela Trevithick to principal, Don Caffrey to associate and Jasmin Dolores to accounting manager. Lacasse joined GGLO in 2001 and has more than 15 years of experience on parks, streetscapes, gardens and community spaces. Her projects include Seattle Housing Authority's Yesler Terrace master plan and 10th Avenue Hill Climb. Trevithick is a hospitality design leader at GGLO. She has 17 years of experience on hotel, resort, residential and mixed-use projects, and is leading the Semiahmoo Resort project. Caffrey has experience in residential, office, retail, mixed-use and K-12 projects, and now focuses on campus environments. His work includes Garfield Station at Pacific Lutheran University. He has worked at Mithun, Callison and Integrus. Dolores joined GGLO 14 years ago. She processes payroll, billings and accounts payable, and implemented a paperless interoffice transaction system.

In the Seattle office, Fehr & Peers hired Aaron Gooze as a transportation engineer/planner, Carmen Kwan as a transportation engineer and Justin Resnick as an urban/regional planner. Gooze holds a dual master's in transportation engineering and city and regional planning from Georgia Tech. He worked in Seattle for several years in the freight industry, specializing in railroad contracting and data management. Kwan holds a master's in civil engineering from the University of Washington. She has experience in traffic analysis, traffic engineering and transportation modeling, and interned with the Washington State Department of Transportation. Resnick holds a master's in urban and regional planning from UCLA and has worked in public policy analysis, geographic information science and active transportation. Fehr & Peers provides transportation planning and engineering services.

Stadler

Sparling hired Dale Stadler as electrical project manager in Portland. Stadler has more than 13 years of experience in electrical distribution, lighting and lighting control, and fire alarm systems. He has worked on higher education, government, health care and office projects, and is managing the Salem Health Outpatient Rehab Center project. Sparling is an electrical, technology, audiovisual, acoustical and lighting design firm with offices also in Lynnwood and San Diego.

The Blueline Group

The Blueline Group hired Chad Bissette as an engineer. He returns to the firm after directing residential real estate acquisitions for a privately held investment fund. Blueline provides civil engineering and land development consulting services.
