James P. Wagner joined the law firm of Cairncross & Hempelmann as a principal. Wagner has nearly 30 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on insurance, construction and other complex commercial disputes.
Pape Machinery added Camoplast as an allied vendor. Camoplast makes specialized rubber track undercarriage components, sub-systems and assemblies for off-road vehicles. Pape Machinery is headquartered in Eugene, Ore., and is part of The Pape Group, which provides sales, rentals, parts and service for construction and forestry equipment in Oregon, Washington, northern California and northwestern Nevada.
Entrepreneur magazine listed Glass Doctor of King and Pierce Counties as 277th in its 2009 Franchise 500 list. The Tukwila franchise was ranked 312th last year. It is operated by Mike Gai and serves the residential, automotive and commercial glass repair and replacement markets.
