Quadrant Homes

Quadrant Homes received a 2009 Energy Star Leadership-in-Housing Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The award recognizes Quadrant's contribution to energy-efficient construction and environmental protection by building more than 240 Energy Star-qualified new homes last year in Seattle. The homes are at least 15 percent more energy efficient than homes built to the 2004 International Residential Code

Express Construction

Bellevue's Express Construction hired Scott Fuller and Larry Kravik as superintendents. Fuller has more than 30 years of construction experience, including 11 as a superintendent. He completed the apprenticeship program at Seattle Community College. Kravik, a University of Montana graduate, started his construction career as a carpenter and worked his way up to superintendent. He specializes in tenant improvements and is experienced in high-end custom finish work.

Lease Crutcher Lewis

Regional general contractor Lease Crutcher Lewis hired Christine Greene as an accounting assistant and promoted Jamie Madden to people services coordinator in its Seattle office. Greene has more than 12 years of accounts payable experience and attended Western Washington University. Madden has been with the company since 2005 and holds a bachelor's degree from Gonzaga University. She coordinates employee benefits, recruitment, employee relations and compliance.

Woodinville's Synergy Construction, headed by President Pam Stewart, was named one of the top businesses in the U.S. by DiversityBusiness.com. Synergy earned multiple awards, including: Top 500 Diversity Owned Businesses in the U.S., Top 500 Women Owned Businesses in the U.S., Top 100 Women Owned Businesses in Washington, Top 50 Diversity Owned Businesses in Washington, and Top 100 Privately Held Businesses in Washington.
