Sandvik, also a superintendent, has 15 years of construction experience on a wide-range of projects. Wilcox is a project engineer working in the Special Projects Division.

Consultant Sharlet Driggs joined the Amento Group, where she is providing project management, building defect analysis, investigation forensics, litigation support and remediation planning. Driggs has 24 years of experience as a project manager, estimator and project engineer. She spent the last 10 years running her own consulting business.

PCL Construction Services

Goetz

Jason Goetz was promoted to construction manager at PCL Construction Services in Bellevue, where he is leading the team for the Seneca Apartment Community in Seattle. Goetz interned at PCL during college and joined the company permanently in 2004 as a project coordinator. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Central Washington University, and is a Designated Design Build Professional and LEED Accredited Professional.

Frontier Communications appointed Willard “Will” Burge as general manager of its Bothell market, where he is overseeing field operations and sales. Burge has 33 years of telecom experience, and joined Frontier in 2010 as general manager of the Coos Bay, Ore., market. He now reports to Vicky Oxley, Frontier's vice president/general manager for Western Washington. Frontier provides Internet, phone and television services.

The Seattle office of Lease Crutcher Lewis hired Keith Slack as superintendent; Roman McNaughton as project manager; and Shardul Singh, Ryan Scarff and Zach Beller as project engineers. Slack originally was with Lewis from 1995 to 2006 as a project engineer then superintendent. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Boise State University, and has been in construction for 30 years. McNaughton has been in construction since 2002, and holds a bachelor's degree in construction management and business minor from Brigham Young University. Singh is a LEED Green Associate assigned to the Preconstruction Group. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction engineering and management from Purdue University, and has four years of industry experience. Scarff recently earned a bachelor's degree in construction management from the University of Washington, and has interned since 2012 at Lewis. Beller is a Legacy LEED AP and has been in construction since 2004. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Cal State Long Beach.

Keisha Weathersby joined PSF Mechanical as accounting assistant, Gary Green as sheet metal detailer, Theressa Mulkins as production coordinator and Keri Fatland as office coordinator. Weathersby is studying psychology at the University of Washington. Green is an SMWIA journeyman with 26 years of experience on healthcare, biotech and high-rise projects. Mulkins has more than 10 years of experience in civil engineering and construction, and holds a master's degree in information technology project management and a bachelor's degree in business administration. Fatland has more than 10 years of administrative, client service and management experience. PSF is a mechanical contractor specializing in design-build projects in life sciences, high-tech and Class A office buildings.

Brian Jones joined Sequoyah Electric as preconstruction manager. In his new role, Jones is leading the preconstruction team of engineers, BIM virtual designers and project managers. He has more than 15 years of industry experience and has helped build several local high-profile projects.

Vigor Industrial

Vigor Industrial renamed two of its subsidiaries: US Fab has become Vigor Fab; and Alaska Ship and Drydock has become Vigor Alaska. Vigor Fab is the company's fabrication and shipbuilding subsidiary, and Vigor Alaska operates the Ketchikan shipyard. The changes don't alter the operating structures of either subsidiary. Vigor provides shipbuilding, ship repair and other industrial services in Oregon, Washington and Alaska.
