Traveler loses gamble on $13,150 plane ride

Some people never fly first class their entire lives.

So maybe Robert Black could’ve rolled with the punches better when Delta Airlines botched his reservation by offering only one first-class seat for him and his wife on their confirmed flight to Las Vegas. Instead, the high rolling Texan sued the airline for damages, ultimately requiring the highest court in Texas to review his claim.
