The decimated office market has knocked almost all of the office space out of the Don Milliken-Vulcan Inc. mixed-use proposal for 2200 Westlake Ave., at the juncture of Denny Triangle and South Lake Union.
The bulk of the office space may be converted into a high-end hotel, although Vulcan says a final decision hasn't been made.
