The Odd Fellows building at 915 E. Pine St. is getting a makeover and a kinda new name: OddFellows Building. Rents are also rising at the structure, which recently got new owners.
Ted Schroth led a group of investors who bought the building for $8.5 million, said Brian J. Bergman, a principal with Westlake Associates who represented the group and is one of the investors.
