Club Cielo is the first private social club to open in more than 20 years in downtown Seattle, according to the general manager, and it's going into a high-rise condo complex.
The 25,000-square-foot club will be in Lexas Cos.' 31-story, 275-unit Escala condo project slated to open in fall 2009 at Fourth Avenue and Virginia Street.
