Seattle-based Pioneer Property Group is converting two vintage Seattle apartment complexes to condos and has a new condo project in the works on the west side of South Lake Union, at Dexter Avenue North and Lee Street.
Pioneer, founded in 2003, recently bought a 12,800-square-foot condo site from a limited liability company of Pryde + Johnson. Ben Rankin, who owns Pioneer with Chad Barron, confirmed the price was
