Real Estate Buzz: Wright Runstad has big plans in Bel-Red

Seattle-based Wright Runstad & Co. has developed 14 million square feet of office space in its 35 years, including the initial Washington Mutual Tower and the Second & Seneca building downtown, but it's only done one small project with a residential component.
Now it plans a big one.
