Real estate investors negotiate discounts by purchasing condos in bulk, and now a local firm aims to do the same for individuals who want to take up residence in the buildings where they buy.
Seattle-based marketing firm Realogics has started Condo Bulk Buy to aggregate buyers and negotiate with developers for a volume discount — if they close as a group.
