On the Block: It's knot over for Patrick's Fly Shop! Plans include bigger store with apartments above
Last year an Eastside investor and avid fly fisherman paid about $1.5 million for Patrick's Fly Shop, at 2237 Eastlake Ave. E. Now, with architect Barking Dog Design, he's planning to replace it with a new five-story, eight-unit apartment building with retail below.
Peter Lemman, of the family that for two generations owned North Coast Electric, is the new owner.
