New rules in the client relations game

We’ve just about completed our third full year in the new millennium. This is quite an accomplishment given the uncertainty that clouded over us about this time a few years ago. Everything from the “millennium bug” to the total annihilation of the world was supposed to take place. It’s amazing how a little change, like the start of a new millennium, can spark such wild ideas.

At the same time, the turn of the century did indeed usher in a whole new era. One of the most significant changes has occurred in the area of client relations.
