Tim Clevenger was named vice president of marketing and brand management for The Pape Group in Eugene, Ore. Clevenger joined Pape in 2000 and previously served as director of corporate development, helping the company make several acquisitions. He has a 15-year background in advertising and marketing, and holds a bachelor's degree in journalism with an emphasis in advertising from the University of Oregon and a master's degree in business administration from Marylhurst University. Pape sells, services and rents construction and other equipment.
Custom builder Scott Homes was named Builder of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders Research Center. The award honors energy-efficient home builders from across the nation. Olympia-based Scott Homes specializes in building and designing green homes. Scott Bergford is the owner.
