When is it time to fire a client?

While I’m not the type to readily recommend the burning of a bridge, there are occasions when the only option is to get out the blowtorch!

Although rare, there are some clients that should be fired. I reserve this category for those who are callous in their dishonesty or who demonstrate an utter disrespect for their fellow human beings with an uncontrollable temper that indiscriminately spews out the venom of emotional and verbal abuse. No fee is worth the price of one’s dignity and self-respect.
