For most baseball fans, including those who watched the hapless Mariners play this season, a foul ball is a chance for a once-in-a-lifetime souvenir.
For Keith Tucker, a foul ball instead meant a lawsuit. When his legal team went to bat, however, it faced the legal equivalent of Randy Johnson on the mound. So after extra innings in court, it should come as no surprise that Tucker ultimately whiffed.
