Each ethnic group has its own culture, and it is commonly accepted that workplaces are also distinguished by their own cultures.
What is a workplace culture? If I am in a car dealership waiting for a service and I want a cup of coffee, I will encounter one of four cultures. In a low service culture there is no coffee for customers. In a moderate service culture someone will mumble vaguely about the location of the coffee. In a high service culture someone will step out from a behind a desk and point the way with a smile and in the excellent service culture I am accompanied right to the pot.
